Toxoplasma – the cat lover’s stealth,
The protist that make us smitten.
Spreading as lightly as only a dream –
And less of a mind-tripper, more of a meme.
Unless we’re compromised in health,
Or pregnant, or a kitten…
And then our friend could lay us flat –
By killing us with too much cat…
