That ain’t a Dodge !
What’s a Dodge ?
Something Yankee.
Trying to bodge some Hollywood-y chic.
But this was the Eighties,
Lotus and Mercedes –
American cars are tanks, they ain’t sleek !
For no British kid ever did
Know a Dodge –
And no mid-mash hodgepodge
Could make him want your toy.
So put away your Rambo,
And give to him a Lambo,
And suddenly he’s speeding through apocalyptic joy.
